MAFFS 7 Memorial Painting: "Painting the Line..."

This painting was originally created for the 302nd, 731st AW featuring MAFFS 5. The original painting was completed in May of 2012, before the tragedy on July 1st, 2012. The painting was done to focus on the mission of the MAFFS, and show the Herc over a wildfire in Colorado. The summer of 2012 is one that will never be forgotten. Fires ravaged the states, and the MAFFS were called into action. The painting was almost a foreshadow of the events to come...

We were contacted by members of the training squadron at Laughlin asking if we could do a commemorative painting of MAFFS 7. It was a simple decision. We digitally changed some aspects of the painting and turned it into MAFFS 7. Also included was a dedication, and the names of the fallen.

We will be finding a way to donate a portion of each sale to the appropriate charity. Funds will be set aside from each sale and will be sent accordingly.
